Greg Galaida is the Manager of our Human Resources Department and has experience in recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits systems, legal compliance, performance evaluation programs and other HR-related functions.
Greg works in a company-wide role, maintaining close relationships with administration, corporate account managers, project managers, and recruiting staff in areas that relate to employee relations and company policy. Among his many responsibilities, Greg serves as an internal resource to all LAC employees working out in the field at our client sites on a wide variety of issues — everything from company policy interpretation and leave accruals to updating and distributing the employee handbook, ensuring LAC has updated emergency-contact information for employees, and keeping track of upcoming annual performance reviews.
He received his BA degree from Wake Forest University and his MBA with a concentration in Human Resource Management from American University in Washington, D.C. Greg is professionally certified through HRCI/SHRM. He attended college on a music scholarship and still has the opportunity to perform on occasion. He is excited to be working with the staff and clients of LAC offices nationwide.
