Recruitment Strategy for New Position in Global Law Firm
Our client, a large global firm, was in the process of creating a new researcher position to work closely with the business development and marketing functions of the firm. Our recruiter worked with the firm’s human resources to define the recruiting strategy for the position, including identifying more- and less-likely combinations of skill sets to be found in today’s marketplace. Our recruiter also compiled a salary survey for our client, to determine the level of experience needed for the position vis-à-vis the cost likely associated with a given level of expertise. After a thorough search, we successfully placed an appropriate professional researcher in the newly-created position.
